Each seat handles rear-facing (5-40 lb), forward-facing (22-65 lb), and highback booster (40-100 lb) configurations. Up to three are available per booking. Yes. We serve both the Domestic Terminal (North and South) and the International Terminal (Concourses E and F). Your chauffeur will coordinate the exact pickup location based on which terminal you arrive at.

Depending on conditions that day, we meet you curbside at the lower level Arrivals area (Domestic North or South), or at a designated meeting point inside the terminal. After collecting your luggage at baggage claim, follow signs for Ground Transportation. The Domestic Terminal has two sides — North and South. Your chauffeur will confirm which side and door number to meet at via text. If you are unsure, reply to your chauffeur's text and they will guide you.
