Who We Are

LuxShuttle is a private chauffeur and luxury transportation service based in Atlanta, Georgia. We operate under Peachline Services Partners LLC, located at 100 Hartsfield Center Pkwy #500, Atlanta, GA 30354. Service communications are sent from our toll-free number 1-877-4-LUXVIP (1-877-458-9847), which supports both voice and SMS.

What Messages You Will Receive

If you opt in, you may receive SMS text messages related to your reservation or inquiry, including but not limited to:

• Booking confirmations and reservation updates
• Chauffeur arrival notifications and ETAs
• Missed call follow-up with booking links
• After-hours acknowledgment and callback confirmations
• Responses to questions or requests you send us
• Service-related updates for your scheduled transfer

We will never send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages via SMS. All messages are strictly related to your reservation or inquiry.

Message Frequency

You will receive approximately 1 to 5 text messages per booking. Message frequency depends on the nature of your reservation and any questions or requests you send us. You may also receive replies to messages you initiate.

How You Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from LuxShuttle through one of the following methods:

• Calling us: By calling 1-877-4-LUXVIP, you consent to receive service-related reply messages via SMS, including missed call follow-ups and booking information.
• Texting us first: By sending a text message to 1-877-4-LUXVIP, you consent to receive reply messages.
• During booking: By providing your mobile phone number during the reservation process.
• Live chat: By providing your phone number in our website chat, you consent to receive service-related follow-up messages.

Opt-in is always:

• Voluntary and optional
• Not required to book or use any service
• Logged with the phone number, timestamp, and opt-in method

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any message from 1-877-4-LUXVIP. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
• Replying HELP to receive instructions on how to opt out or contact us for assistance.
• Contacting us directly via email at concierge@luxshuttle.com or by calling 1-877-4-LUXVIP.

After opting out, you will not receive any additional SMS messages unless you opt in again.

Costs

LuxShuttle does not charge any fee for SMS messages. However, standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Please contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Data Privacy

• Your phone number is used solely for service communication related to your reservation or inquiry with LuxShuttle.
• We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose your phone number to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Phone numbers and opt-in records are stored securely and retained only as long as necessary for service and compliance purposes.

Consent Is Not Required for Purchase

Opting in to SMS messages is entirely voluntary. You are not required to consent to receiving text messages as a condition of booking, purchasing, or accessing any LuxShuttle service.

Supported Carriers

Messages are sent via Twilio and are compatible with all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed. Messages sent via SMS may not be delivered if the recipient’s phone is off, out of range, or set to block text messages.

Disclaimers

The SMS messaging service is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues, device settings, or network conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
