Are prices fixed or charged by the hour?

Both. Airport transfers and point-to-point trips are quoted at a fixed rate before you confirm. Hourly bookings give you a dedicated chauffeur on your schedule, billed per hour with no surprises.

Can I book LuxShuttle by the hour?

Yes. Your chauffeur is dedicated exclusively to you for the duration—whether that’s a morning of meetings, an afternoon of errands, or a full day at your discretion.

How do cancellations work?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations made 24 or more hours before your scheduled pickup receive a full refund. Between 12 and 24 hours, a 50% fee applies. Between 2 and 12 hours, a 75% fee applies. Under 2 hours, the full fare is charged. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Full details are available on our Cancellation Policy page.

Can I reschedule instead of cancelling?

Yes, and we encourage it. Rescheduling is free with 12 or more hours’ notice — one complimentary reschedule per booking. Under 12 hours, a $50 coordination fee applies only if your chauffeur has already begun preparation. Date changes for weddings and premium events follow the deposit terms outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

What is your no-show policy?

Your chauffeur waits 15 minutes at the designated pickup location. After that window, the booking is marked as a no-show and the full fare is charged. For airport pickups, we monitor your flight in real time, so the 15-minute window begins only after you’ve landed and cleared the terminal.

Do premium bookings require a deposit?

Accepted Answer

Weddings require a 25% deposit, refundable if cancelled more than 7 days before the event. Masters Tournament and major event transfers require 50%, refundable with 14 or more days’ notice. Multi-day engagements require 25% to confirm the hold on our calendar.

What happens if there is severe weather?

Accepted Answer

If conditions make travel unsafe — ice storms, flooding, severe weather advisories — either party may cancel with a full refund, no questions asked. We proactively contact you if we anticipate an issue, and work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.

Which vehicle do you use?

Accepted Answer

One vehicle only: a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, fully converted for private travel. One chauffeur, no fleet rotation. The same standard of preparation, every time.

What are the onboard amenities?

Chilled refreshments, a mini fridge, microwave, flexible luggage storage, and seating for up to eight.

Yes. The high-roof cabin is designed so guests can stand upright without ducking — whether boarding in formal attire, moving between seats, or simply stretching during a longer journey.

A full-size refrigerator keeps refreshments chilled throughout your journey, and a microwave is available for guests who require it. Both are powered by an independent 2000W inverter with a dual battery system, so cabin electronics operate whether the engine is running or not.

Which airports do you serve?

We serve Hartsfield–Jackson (ATL) and all major private aviation fields in the metro: DeKalb–Peachtree (PDK) including Signature Flight Support and Atlantic Aviation, Fulton County Executive (FTY), Cobb County/McCollum Field (RYY), Falcon Field (FFC), Briscoe Field (LZU), Paulding Northwest (PUJ), and DeKalb Taylor (KDKB).

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Is LuxShuttle available outside Atlanta?

Yes. We handle city-to-city transfers and longer drives throughout Georgia and into neighboring states. Distance pricing is quoted upfront.

How is the seating arranged for groups?

The cabin seats up to eight across four captain’s chairs, a front passenger seat, and a rear bench that converts to a lounge bed, with panoramic tinted windows and enough room to work, rest, or simply enjoy the journey.
