Your wedding planner or coordinator shares the full event timeline — hair and makeup location, first look, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and after-party. We map every transfer, calculate drive times between venues, and build in the buffer that photographs always require. Your planner receives a written transportation schedule before the week of the wedding.
On the morning of your wedding, the Sprinter is freshly detailed inside and out. The cabin is climate-set so gowns and suits arrive without a trace of Georgia humidity. A wedding weekend package typically covers the rehearsal dinner transfer on Friday evening, morning-of bridal party transportation on Saturday, all ceremony and reception transfers, the grand exit, and a Sunday brunch pickup. We understand that wedding plans evolve. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event receive a full refund. Between 14 and 30 days, we offer a 50% refund or a full credit toward a future date. Within 14 days, the reservation is non-refundable because your date has been held exclusively and other inquiries were declined. Date changes are accommodated whenever our calendar permits, with no change fee if requested more than 30 days out.
The $175 starting price covers a single transfer — for example, from the hotel to the ceremony venue. Full wedding day packages, which include multiple transfers across the entire event, are quoted based on the number of stops, total hours, and distance between venues. Your quote is confirmed before booking and never changes. For a typical Atlanta wedding with three to four transfers, most clients find the per-person cost remarkably modest for the level of service.
