Lower Level — Ground Transportation
Your chauffeur tracks your flight from takeoff and stages in the Park & Wait Lot before you land. Text your chauffeur while waiting for your bags — or as soon as you have them — so pickup can be coordinated in real time. The default is the Lower Level: Doorway LS2 for Delta, LN1 for all other domestic airlines, Door A1 for international. But if the Lower Level is backed up, your chauffeur may direct you to a faster exit at the regular arrivals curbside instead. ATL police keep vehicles moving, so timing is everything — your chauffeur handles it. The cabin is cooled and your water is chilled before you step outside.
From $175
Your chauffeur inside the terminal, holding your name
Your chauffeur parks in the hourly deck and meets you at the Chauffeur Waiting Area — the roped-off zone just before baggage claim, reserved for private car services. They hold your name on a tablet, assist with luggage, and walk you directly to the Sprinter curbside. No navigating the Lower Level on your own.
Preferred by international arrivals, elderly guests, and families with children.

Hartsfield-Jackson is the world's busiest airport. Ride-share services send you to the North Economy Parking Lot — down an escalator near doors N2 and N3, through a parking structure, then a search through rows of idling sedans in an open-air lot. That is not how your evening begins with us.
LuxShuttle meets you curbside, at the terminal doors. Text your chauffeur while you wait for your bags — that one message is how the entire pickup is coordinated.
The default pickup is on the Lower Level (Ground Transportation), but your chauffeur reads conditions in real time. If the Lower Level is backed up, they may direct you to a faster exit at the regular arrivals curb instead. Three pickup zones, three doorway codes — your chauffeur confirms the best one by text.

Hartsfield-Jackson spans seven concourses and 192 gates in a linear “fishbone” layout, making it the largest airport in the world by passenger volume. All concourses are connected post-security by The Plane Train, an automated people mover that runs every two minutes underground, 24 hours a day.
A parallel pedestrian walkway with moving sidewalks runs beneath the airfield as well — the Transportation Mall. Walking from Concourse T to Concourse F takes approximately 20 minutes. The Plane Train covers the same distance in under four minutes.

ATL has five security checkpoints — three in the Domestic Terminal (North, South, and Main) and two in the International Terminal (West and East). For departures, your chauffeur will recommend the checkpoint with the shortest wait based on real-time conditions.
Dedicated lanes at the North and South Domestic checkpoints. Keep shoes, belts, and jackets on. Laptops and 3-1-1 liquids stay in your bag. Typical wait: under 10 minutes.
Biometric identity verification at the Domestic North checkpoint and the International Terminal. Bypass the ID verification line entirely. CLEAR Plus lanes at the International Terminal are consistently available.
Enrollment center and kiosks in the International Terminal at Concourse F. Expedited re-entry for international arrivals — skip the standard customs line. Includes TSA PreCheck benefits.
In-airport enrollment center for new applicants. Walk-in appointments accepted. Five-year membership at $78. Enrollment takes approximately 10 minutes.
ATL has more airport lounges than any airport in the United States. As Delta's largest global hub, seven Delta Sky Clubs are here — plus the American Express Centurion Lounge, The Club ATL, and a USO center. For guests with early arrivals or extended layovers, your chauffeur can recommend the nearest lounge to your gate.
Two locations near Gate A17 and on the second level. Full bar, hot buffet, showers.
Near Gate B18. Full food and beverage service, workspaces, power outlets.
Smaller, quieter lounge. Ideal for Delta Connection guests with shorter layovers.

From the moment you book, your chauffeur monitors your flight. Delays, diversions, and early arrivals are handled without you lifting a finger.
Your chauffeur arrives at the Park & Wait Lot before your wheels touch down, Sprinter cabin cooled and refreshments chilled.
After you collect your luggage, text your chauffeur. They will confirm your door number and drive to the curb within minutes.
Luggage handled, door held, water poured. You are in cream leather seats with Wi-Fi connected before the airport is behind you.

Hartsfield-Jackson is home to multiple fixed-base operators for private aviation. Signature Aviation operates the primary FBO with both a standard terminal and an Elite Terminal — both LEED Silver certified. Atlantic Aviation and TAC Air provide additional handling for light jets, mid-size aircraft, and turboprops.
LuxShuttle coordinates directly with FBO ground staff to position your Sprinter before your aircraft parks. For a more intimate private aviation experience with tarmac-side vehicle access, consider DeKalb-Peachtree Airport (PDK), five miles from Buckhead with three FBOs to choose from.

Additional FBO services
Atlantic Aviation handles a range of aircraft from light jets to heavy iron, with fueling, hangar, and ground support. TAC Air specializes in turboprops, light jets, and mid-size aircraft. LuxShuttle serves all three FBOs at ATL.
Atlanta's Mercedes-Benz Stadium will host eight FIFA World Cup 2026 matches this summer — five group-stage games, a round of 32 match, a round of 16 match, and a semifinal. As one of 16 host cities across North America, Atlanta expects a surge of international travelers through Hartsfield-Jackson.
The stadium is nine miles from ATL — 15 minutes in normal traffic, 30–45 minutes on match days. MARTA's Red and Gold lines connect the airport to Five Points, one station from the Vine City/GWCC station serving the stadium.
The FIFA Fan Festival will operate on match days near Centennial Olympic Park — free with registration, featuring a main stage, vendor area, and large-screen match viewing. The metro area offers approximately 110,000 hotel rooms, with 13,000 within walking distance of the stadium.

The ATLNext Capital Improvement Program is a multi-billion-dollar initiative transforming Hartsfield-Jackson across three pillars: capacity expansion, guest experience, and infrastructure renewal. Construction zones may shift pickup locations and walking routes — your chauffeur monitors every change and adjusts in real time.
The $1.4 billion modernization passed the halfway mark in 2025 with 10 of 19 modules in place. When complete in 2029, the concourse will have 34 new gates accommodating larger aircraft and 20% more seating capacity.
A new parallel runway is planned to increase ATL’s airfield capacity. The project includes taxiway realignment, pavement replacement, and ground lighting upgrades across the existing five runways.
Extension of the underground Automated People Mover and modernization of the international concourse, including improved passenger processing areas and expanded gate facilities.
Upgraded baggage handling systems, new parking decks, refreshed restroom facilities, and new end-around taxiways for improved aircraft ground movement.
Several hotels near ATL offer complimentary shuttle service from the Ground Transportation Center (Aisle C). For those who prefer to bypass the shuttle entirely, LuxShuttle transfers directly from any ATL terminal to any hotel in metro Atlanta.

Text your chauffeur while waiting for your bags — that one message is how the entire pickup is coordinated. The default curbside pickup is on the Lower Level (Level 1), Ground Transportation: Doorway LS2 for Delta, Doorway LN1 for all other airlines, Door A1 for international arrivals. But if the Lower Level is backed up, your chauffeur may direct you to a faster exit at the regular arrivals curb instead — they read conditions in real time. For VIP meet-and-greet, your chauffeur meets you at the Chauffeur Waiting Area inside the terminal — the roped-off zone before baggage claim — holding your name on a tablet. ATL pickup zones shift periodically under the ATLNext construction program. Your chauffeur monitors these changes and confirms the exact location on the day of service.
It depends on your airline, not the terminal name. Delta guests: Doorway LS2 on the Lower Level of the Domestic Terminal (south side). American, United, JetBlue, Southwest, Alaska, and all other domestic airlines: Doorway LN1 on the Lower Level (north side). International arrivals (Concourses E and F): Door A1 on the arrivals level of the International Terminal. After collecting your luggage, text your chauffeur. They will coordinate positioning at the curb — ATL police keep vehicles moving, so timing is handled precisely.
The Domestic Terminal has three levels. Baggage claim is on Level 2 (the middle level). Ground Transportation is one floor below, on Level 1. After collecting your luggage, take the escalator or elevator down one level. Exit through the signed glass doors — look for the "Limousine" sign overhead at the curb. Doorway LS2 is on the south side (Delta). Doorway LN1 is on the north side (all other airlines). Your chauffeur will confirm the doorway by text. If ATLNext construction has shifted anything, your chauffeur will already know and direct you accordingly.
Yes. We serve all three pickup zones: Domestic South (LS2), Domestic North (LN1), and the International Terminal (Door A1). For international arrivals, exit customs and collect your luggage. Door A1 is on the arrivals level — the same floor as the customs hall. Turn right once outside. Your chauffeur will coordinate positioning at the curb. For departures, we drop off at any terminal curbside.
Yes. Your chauffeur monitors your flight in real time from the moment you take off. Early arrivals, delays, and diversions are handled automatically. You never need to call or text your status — we already know.
Your chauffeur adjusts automatically. There is no waiting fee or penalty for flight delays. We monitor your flight and arrive when you land, not when you were originally scheduled.
Every ATL transfer includes your dedicated Mercedes Sprinter, a professional chauffeur, real-time flight tracking, curbside pickup, full luggage handling, chilled water and refreshments, onboard Wi-Fi, and USB-C charging at every seat. No surge pricing, no hidden fees.
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability, though same-day reservations are accommodated whenever possible. For holidays, major events, or groups larger than six, 48–72 hours is ideal.
Yes. Your chauffeur parks in the hourly deck and meets you inside the terminal at the limousine and chauffeur waiting area, holding a name placard with your name. This is the designated zone inside the terminal where private car chauffeurs wait for arriving guests. From there, they escort you to the Sprinter curbside, handling all luggage along the way. Meet-and-greet is ideal for international arrivals, elderly guests, or families with children. From $225.
Yes. Graco SlimFit child safety seats are available for $25 per seat. Simply request them when you reserve and they will be professionally installed before your chauffeur arrives at the terminal.
Yes. Concourses E and F are the international concourses at Hartsfield-Jackson. After clearing customs and collecting your luggage, exit through Door A1 on the arrivals level. Your chauffeur stages at the International Terminal curb and coordinates positioning by text. International arrivals receive 60 minutes of complimentary wait time to account for customs and immigration processing.
Delta operates from Concourses A, B, C, D, and T at Hartsfield-Jackson. Regardless of which concourse your Delta flight arrives at, the pickup process is the same: collect your luggage at the Domestic Terminal baggage claim, take the escalator down to Level 1 (Ground Transportation), and exit through Doorway LS2 on the south side. Your chauffeur will be staged at the curb.
Hartsfield-Jackson has one Domestic Terminal with two sides: South (used primarily by Delta, pickup at Doorway LS2) and North (used by American, United, Southwest, JetBlue, and all other domestic airlines, pickup at Doorway LN1). Your chauffeur knows which side to stage at based on your airline and will confirm by text before you exit.
LuxShuttle airport transfers start from $175 per journey in a custom Mercedes-Benz Sprinter seating up to eight guests. That is approximately $22 per person for a full group. The rate is flat, all-inclusive (fuel, tolls, Wi-Fi, refreshments, flight tracking), and does not surge during events, holidays, or peak hours. The rate quoted at booking is the rate you pay.
Ride-share pickup at ATL Domestic Terminal is in the North Economy Parking Lot — down the escalators near doors N2 and N3, then follow the orange signs to an open-air lot shared with other ride-share vehicles. International Terminal pickups are at the Inner Curb near doors A1 through A3. LuxShuttle meets you curbside at the terminal doors — no parking lot walk, no searching for a vehicle among rows of idling sedans.
Yes. The MARTA Airport Station is inside the Domestic Terminal, between the North and South baggage claim areas. The Red and Gold lines run directly to Five Points downtown (15 minutes) and continue to Midtown, Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, and Doraville. Trains operate weekdays from 4:36 AM to 2:06 AM and weekends from 5:52 AM to 1:54 AM.
Atlanta's Mercedes-Benz Stadium will host eight FIFA World Cup 2026 matches — five group-stage games, a round of 32 match, a round of 16 match, and a semifinal. ATL is completing a new south parking deck, bathroom renovations, and upgraded wayfinding signage across all terminals. MARTA is adding service on match days. LuxShuttle is accepting reservations for World Cup match-day transfers between ATL, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and area hotels.
